Black Holes!
Let’s give them better name, “Black Stars” which emit the black light covering all the light spectrum we know.
Once we have better idea or paradigm shift about lighting then we will better understand these black stars and their black lights. There is no darkness in the universe. Everywhere is enlightened.
Also Dark Light speed is not 3×10*8 but it is almost instant and there is no measurable distance for it.
